Sir,
With reference to the trailing e - mail ( 3 ) and the above said references, we
have checked the CoS proposal submitted by M/s PATH India Limited regarding the
supply and installation of Hybrid ETC equipment for Temporary Toll Plaza setup at
Velampatti Toll Plaza.

As per the discussion with the Authority and the representative of M/s PATH
India Ltd vide ref ( 1 ) and in the above submitted CoS proposal vide ref ( 2 ), ( 4 ) &
( 5 ) , the List of Equipments / Work mentioned are minimum Equipments / work
required for the Operation of Temporary Toll Plaza. The following works will be used
for Establishment / Construction of Temporary Toll Plaza as submitted Change of Scope
CoS proposal by M/s PATH India Limited vide ref ( 2 ) are stated below:

The following Hybrid ETC Equipments is not functioning , which has handed over
by the State NH wing vide ref ( 7 ) , also not feasible to support the innovative
technology of Hybrid ETC and shall be needed for an effective functioning of Toll Plaza
as submitted Change of Scope CoS proposal by M/s PATH India Limited vide ref ( 4 ) &
( 5 ) are stated below:

The Hybrid ETC Equipments is quoted in the Annexure – B ( Proposal for MSWIM
Shifting ) vide ref ( 5 ) is no more required as it was already installed / mounted in all 8
lanes of Toll Plaza Canopy area.

Temporary Toll Plaza are established with feasible furniture items for an
effective functioning of Toll Plaza as submitted Change of Scope CoS proposal by M/s
SHIVANI INFOTECH vide ref ( 6 ) are stated below:

In this regard, the above mentioned Equipments of Hybrid ETC vide ( 2 ) , ( 4 ),

39,83,000/- (Thirty Nine Lakhs Eighty Three Thousand only) by the IE and submitted to
the Authority for further course of action.
