Aeronautical 2 years of Aeronautical experience in the field of aviation maintenance including
experience at least 12 months of practical experience in the specific component maintenance area / workshop.
Component training OEM or OEM recognized Training Org. or EASA Part 145 AMO.

The Initial Training Plan is initially completed by the responsible manager to record the level of prior training,
qualification. The notes identify areas of further training and experience required to lead to the issue of an
initial Personal Approval Certificate (PAC) within a 3-6 month period.
