1. Summary:

SMG Weld PE has planned to enclose the Product Audit area by black corrugated sheet in Weld C-Line. The product audit area of weld
C is highly confidential and to keep the vehicle information secret PE team has planned to cover it from all side. For this, we would like
to propose below specifications and terms and conditions for procurement and supply.

6. Specification Details :

1. Provide black encloser around the Product audit area include all four side and roof.
2. There should be three door in a single audit area in which one is for vehicle in/out and 2 doors for inspector in/out on
both side of enterence shown in page 3.
3. Some portion of audit area do not have to be covered for ventilation and natural lightning shown in page 3.
4. Use light weight Corrugated sheet or plastic sheet for encloser.

This black color door is for people IN/OUT and Red is for Vehicle
IN/OUT. Provide Handle and Door lock for all
Total 2 Main door and 4 small door. three doors as shown in below image .

A frame made of square pipe has to be used in the door to provide

sufficient strength

7. Contract Terms

Vendor has to make arrangement for delivery of original items

To be discussed and finalized with supplier by purchase

8. Scope of Supply & Maker details

All material As per our requirement and all contractors personal should adhere to the Safety Standards
for Weld Shop.

9. Acceptance inspection condition:

• If required vendor to submit the commissioning report, certifying the claimed parameters are achieved.
This commissioning report to be jointly signed by vendor and SMG.

10. Safety adherence:

All contractor personnels should Adhere to the safety norms of the site as mentioned below

1 Ask courier person/delivery boy to wear Safety Helmet and Safety shoes. Without Safety Helmet
and Safety shoes no body is authorized to enter SMG premises.
2 Ask courier person/delivery boy to wear Safety Helmet and Safety shoes.

3 Inside SMG premises only commercial vehicles are allowed. No passenger vehicle is allowed.
4 Speed Limit 20 KMPH inside plant
5 Do not use mobile while driving
6 Follow traffic rules & wear seat belts
7 Always give path to Fire Tender & Ambulance
8 Be careful from movement of Heavy vehicles
9 Pedestrian should follow to walk on the edge of the road
10 Use crash helmet for driver & pillion in case of two wheeler
11 Do not enter in restricted areas
12 Do not park vehicle on the internal roads.
