The first LAC Session started with a prayer led by ___________________followed by


the checking of attendance by the S___________________. The following agenda were
discussed:
A. Dengue Outbreak
___________________reminded the group regarding the clean-up
activity on July 27, 2019 where teachers and students should wear long sleeves,
pants, coats/jackets/knee socks for protection.
Moreover, dengue cases per advisory class must be reported to the office
for awareness and prevention.

B. TIP (Teacher Induction Program) for Teachers


___________________discussed the TIP for teachers where this program
is intended for those teachers who are in 0-3 years in service. There will be
Saturday sessions and the tentative date for Orientation will be on
___________________
C. Instructional Supervision for COT
___________________reminded the group to schedule their own class
observation as early as possible in order to accomplish the four (4) COT.

D. PTA Assembly
There will be General PTA Assembly on Friday, ___________________, 1
PM- 5 PM at the Cultural Hall.

E. Oplan Kalusugan
___________________informed the group that there will be an
___________________, a simultaneous discussions intended for

F. Gulayan sa Paaralan

Without any further concerns to be discussed, the LAC session ended at exactly 11:30 in
the morning.

2nd Learning Action Cell (LAC) Session

The 2nd LAC Session meeting started with a prayer led by


___________________followed by the checking of attendance by ___________________.
Then, ___________________, LAC secretary, read the minutes of the previous meeting.
___________________led the group discussion regarding the Localization,
Indigenization and Contextualization of Instructional Materials. She prepared activities and self-
reflection for the teachers as well as she gave an assignment to be discussed on the 3 rd LAC
session.
After the first session, this was followed by another topic discussed by
___________________ regarding Classroom Management, Instructions and Techniques. There
was a group sharing on how teachers managed their best and worst scenarios in teaching and
some of their teaching techniques. She also reviewed the codes in the Curriculum Guide and
assigned a task to be presented on the next session.
The LAC session ended at 4:30 PM since there was a vigil service scheduled right after
the meeting
