I. Identification

II. Enumeration
● Heading- ,the heading contains the return address with the date on the last line. Sometimes it is
necessary to include a line before the date with a phone number, fax number, or e-mail address.
The heading is on the left margin.
● Dateline - Include the date the sender wrote the business letter. He appears on one line about
2-8 lines below the top margin of the page.
● Inside Address - Recipient's address. This includes the addressee's name followed by the
person's home or business name, department (if applicable), company name, and the person's
business address.
● Salutation - a greeting, whether it's "Dear sir" in a letter or "Hey there!" in person. The
expression "Greetings and salutations!" contains two words meaning pretty much the same
thing: A salutation is a form of greeting.
● Body of the Business Letter - contains the message General principles of communication do not

message accurately and quickly. Characters are usually single-spaced, leaving blank lines
between paragraphs.
● Complimentary Close and Signature Line - the words (such as sincerely yours) that

regard for the receiver. called also complimentary closing.
● Technology plays a huge role in communication especially nowadays where we are surrounded
by technology. Technology enables real-time communication so people can instantly connect
regardless of their physical location. Email, instant messaging, video conferencing, and social
media platforms have enabled individuals and businesses to communicate quickly and
efficiently. Technology also enhanced communication tools, A variety of communication tools
such as project management software, chat applications, and video conferencing platforms
enable teams to collaborate effectively regardless of their physical location. Technology also
nowadays is very accessible and fast unlike before that traditional forms of communication, such
as postal mail and long-distance calls, can be costly. Technology-driven communication methods
like emails, VoIP calls, and instant messaging are more cost-effective, particularly for businesses
communicating with a global audience.
