 What did this activity teach you?
 What role does exercise play in our daily routine, and what do you realize after en
gaging in the activity?

The activity that we did was mainly focused on strengthening and conditioning which consist of
15 exercises that consists of endurance, cardio and strengthening exercises. The given rest each
after exercise was 10 seconds, while doing the exercises I realized that I should just balance and
preserve my strength in order to finish the workout. After engaging to the activity, I realized that
despite my age I’m not that physically fit and should exercise regularly in order to be in my best
shape. And I can reflect that I would add workouts or exercises in my daily routines in order to
be healthy and physically fit.

Daily exercising can help maintain a healthy body weight, reduces the risk of chronic diseases
such as heart disease, diabetes, and certain types of cancer. It strengthens muscles, bones, and
joints, improves cardiovascular fitness, and enhances overall physical stamina and endurance.
Exercises has also a positive impact on mental health by reducing symptoms of stress, anxiety,
and depression. It stimulates the release of endorphins, which are natural mood-enhancing
chemicals, leading to improved mental well-being and a sense of happiness.
