Ditec Power is a complete range of 24 Volt actuators for swing gates up to 5 m and weighing up to 800
Kg, designed for easy installation thanks to a special exclusive Installation mounting tool and their fixing
brackets that do not require any welding.
Tested for frequent (150,000), intense (350,000) and very intense (600,000) use.
Elegant and refined, Ditec Power has a modern and futuristic structure with an interplay of soft and fluid
shapes, which adapt well to every kind of gate.
Cataphoresis treatment guarantees the long life of the steel anchor screw protecting it from the
formation of rust and other atmospheric agents.
Actuators of the Ditec Power series consume less than 1 Watt in standby and can be connected to solar
powered batteries.
The innovative electrical control panel is equipped with a Virtual Encoder to manage the speed and
slow-down. It includes a settings display screen and a radio receiver as standard with an
interchangeable 433 MHz / 868 MHz module.
Events and alarms can be seen on the display screen and can be saved on a micro SD card that can also
be used for updating the software.
The Ditec Power range includes 5 electromechanical actuator versions: PWR25H, PWR35H, PWR50H,
PWR50HV, PWR50HR.
Actuators consist of robust aluminium die castings which guarantee optimal protection against shear
forces and torsion.
The external covers can be easily removed only wherever necessary to avoid interference with the
technical specifications of the automation.
Cables can be reached by removing a cover behind the actuators.
The emergency release key (for use in emergency situations such as, for example, an electricity
blackout) is protected by a cover. For the PWR25H and PWR35H versions, if necessary, the release key
can be left inside.
PWR35H is equipped with a practical system for lubricating the gear motor worm screw and the gears
by means of a special feed valve avoiding the need to dismantle the automation system.
The PWR25H and PWR35H drive screws have plastic protection while the PWR50 has a dustproof brush.
The notches in the lower part of the shell to position limit switches guarantee very accurate setting.
Ditec Power passed the toughest corrosion resistance and ageing tests:
Salt spray chamber test:
 Compliant with the ISO 9227 standard
 Tests on paint, aluminium die castings and the complete motor
Accelerated ageing test: resistance of the plastic materials and the paintwork to damage caused
by sunlight (UV rays), rain and dew:
 Compliant with the ISO 489-2:2006 standard
 No change in colour, loss of brightness, chalking, cracking or flaking of the plastic materials, no
loss of strength of the materials used.

an angle which can be set), closing, timer-controlled automatic closing, step by step and “hold
to run”

 anti-frost system to maintain the efficiency of the motor even at low temperatures (NIO system)
