AFFIDAVIT OF SPONSORSHIP

That I, JASVIR SINGH, of legal age, Filipino and presently residing at No. 39
Pound St., CB Townhomes, Pasong Tamo, Diliman, Quezon City, after having been duly
sworn to in accordance with law, do hereby depose and say to wit:

1. That I am permanent resident of the Philippines since 1996. Copy of my I-Card

(No. F0000017099) is hereto attached as Annex A hereof;

2. That I want my father TEJ SINGH DHALIWAL and mother SURJIT KAUR
DHALIWAL, Indian National, likewise of legal ages, and resident of Madheke
Road VPO Nihal Singh Wala Distt Moga (Punjab) 142055, to came visit us
here in the Philippines. I want them to see beautiful places in the Philippines and
experience the warmth and hospitality of the Filipinos;

3. That for the entire duration of their stay in the Philippines, I hereby commit to
support them financially and morally so that they will not become liabilities of the
Philippines Government;

4. That we are executing this affidavit of support of my request with the Embassy of
the Republic of the Philippines, New Delhi, India, for the issuance of Tourist
Visas father TEJ SINGH DHALIWAL and mother SURJIT KAUR
DHALIWAL, and for such other purposes that these present may serve.
