The humble petition of the petitioners
in this case MOST RESPECTFULLY SHEWETH: - 1) That your petitioners are bonafide citizens of the state and they are innocent persons. 2) That your petitioner No. 1 is a retired teacher. 3) That it is learnt that police came to the house of the petitioners in their absence and reported to the para people that one C.R. Case No. 28/09 was started against the petitioners by the complainant. 4) That the complainant made false & baseless statements against the petitioners to humiliate them. 5) That one case for maintenance was filed long ago and that case is pending in your Honour’s Court. 6) That your petitioners after coming to know of this case rushed to your Honour’s Court to appear in person with a prayer for bail. 7) That your petitioners are ready to take back the complainant with child if she wants to live at the in-laws house with her child. 8) That your petitioners are local person having home and family and thus there is no chance of their abscondence or of tampering with evidence. 9) That the petition is a bonafide one. Under the aforesaid facts and circumstances it is most humbly prayed that your Honour would be kind enough to grant bail of nominal amount to your petitioners in the interest of justice.
