This training program proposal aims to equip three newly hired managers, Managers D,
E, and F, with the necessary skills and knowledge to successfully open and manage new hotels
overseas. The organization acknowledges the significance of its success in setting up the latest
business and is committed to providing practical support through training and development. The
training program will be divided into pre-departure and on-the-job training in the new country.
