Following the minutes of the pre-selection committee held on 31st March 2023, it was
decided to preselect a total of 25 candidates. Out of these 25 candidates, 10 had already
the necessary CAST. The other 15 candidates were tested for the respective CAST, 5
candidates passed the tests successfully, 8 failed and 2 did not attend. Therefore, in total,
15 candidates were invited for an interview. All accepted the invitation with no remarks,
however, at a later stage, 1 candidate withdrew from the competition and was therefore
not interviewed.

2. INTERVIEWS
The interviews took about 30 minutes per candidate; the Selection Committee gave its
assessment right after each interview. The President introduced the members of the
committee to the candidates.
The candidates were invited to present their background and experience with reference to
the job description for the published post. The committee explored the presentations with
follow-up questions. The committee interviewed each candidate in English and evaluated
each of the candidates under the 4 headings of the evaluation grid.
The evaluation grid was established as follows: 10 points for personal presentation; 80
points for specific knowledge linked to the post and interpersonal skills; 10 points for
"others" section; – with a total of 100 points. The pass mark was established as 60/100.
The evaluation grids for each of the candidates are attached in annex.
