The movie “The Founder” gives me excitement feeling because it is based on
the true story and the story behind the McDonald's Corporation, yes it is true what Ray Kroc said that “Nothing in the world can take the place of persistence. Talent won’t. Nothings more common than unsuccessful men with talent. Genius won’t Unrecognized genius is practically a cliche. Education won’t. Why the world is full of educated fools. Persistence and determination alone are all powerful.” because even though you are an educated person but you're not persistent and determined on what you are doing, all of your hard work will be failed. As the story goes by I feel so amazed on how Ray Kroc determined on selling the machine, how hard work he enforce just to sell the machine. Until he came to San Bernardino, California, United States where he met the McDonald brother Dick and Mac. I learned from the brothers that is is important to lay all the equipment, plans, the blueprints before you construct a store or a business. I don’t know if my reaction towards the movie is valid but I am really sad that the McDonald's brother outcome, and how I feel disappointed towards Mr. Ray Kroc because it is all the McDonald's brother business idea and at the end it was passed to Mr. Ray Kroc and making the name McDonald become loud and famous without the real owner of it. I learned that in business you should not easily get trusted to other people specially to those person that you don’t really know personally and you just met. In terms of business, I learned that the naming convention of a business is really important. You should pick a nice and a good name for your business because it can give a greater impact in the market. You should give focus on what you sell and give persistent on it, being different is okay but it should be better. As time goes by, you should expand more and more and innovation is necessary. When you sell one or three product today in the menu the next day is you should add other product in your menu so that customer will be curios and come back to purchase the product. Quality Control is a must and when you expand branches, rest assures that the taste are the same, no more, no less. Thats all my reaction towards the movie “The Founder”
