reading difficulties using the template shown above in a long bond paper (landscape), Font size-11, Font style-Arial
 Submit in soft copy the complete School Reading Profile of Learners with Reading Difficulties in our email only, not in
messenger.
For English:

 Submit the hard copy in the Division Office thru CID upon printing all the School Reading Profile of Learners with
Reading Difficulties placed in a long folder. You must also submit the said report in your district thru the PSDS.
 Please expedite and give priority on this matter. Deadline of submission is on or before September 30, 2022, but we
appreciate so much if you can submit the earliest possible.
 This is not the result of Phil-IRI (Pre-Test). This is the honest pre-reading assessment of teachers. However, if you are
done with your Phil-IRI administration, before submission of this report, then you can use that as your basis.
