For this staffing process, we may find that email is the most efficient way to communicate with you. All
communication methods, including email, are at some risk to access by unauthorized parties. However,
the security risk when using email is slight, and it is an efficient way to communicate (low cost and high
speed).

Candidates who apply to staffing processes should include an email address that accepts email from
unknown users (some email systems block these types of email). You must take the necessary steps in
order to have access to your email account for the entire duration of the staffing process. If special
circumstances (such as vacation or sickness) prevent you from having access to your email system OR if
you do not have access to an email system, it is your responsibility to inform us.

Furthermore, if you DO NOT wish to receive results by email, it is your responsibility to inform us. In this
case, there will be a delay from the time we issue the letters until you receive them.
