Project Profile: HEB is a Retail Platform which is having more than 300 stores and inside they are having 200
plus pharmacies. Our team UST 18 is supporting Pharmacy application RxEVO. RxEVO (Rx- Evolution) is a
dispensing platform to sell medicines. RxEVO application is not a standalone application it is integrated with
some other applications (HEB and 3rd party application).

Role: IT Engineer

It is accessed throughout the world in real-time. This tool is used by potential and existing training partners of
Cisco to register and get approval for their affiliation with Cisco as a learning partner. The Learning Partners
need to develop training packages and list them on a centrally located system.

Project Profile:TL9k is a globally recognized quality standard based on ISO 9001:2000 that is designed to
improve telecommunication products its requirement and measurement standards are maintained by QuEST
Forum. The TL 9000 Measurements Application collects, aggregates, approves, and distributes quality data
metrics obtained through several Cisco enterprise data sources. The quality metrics generated are defined by
the QuEST forum as part of an industry standard for quality metrics in the telecommunications industry (TL
9000 is an offshoot of the ISO 9001 standard).
