We are pleased to offer you and appoint you as a HR-recruitment specialist with Prarambh
International Ucademy, Pune.

Your appointment will be with effect from july 29th, 2023 •

Salary & Compensation Package:

You will be fixed on annual gross of 5,00,000/- (five lakh) per annum.

Your sala ry for each month will be credited to your bank acco unt on every end of the month,
appropriate taxes will be deducted at source, as applicable as per the state and central acts.

Office Hours:

Th e normal working hours are 9 :30am to 6:30PM with 1 (one) hour lunch break, Monday through
Friday

Termination of Appointment:

As yo ur services are being retained/engaged by th e company on a whole-time basis, you shall not
engage or associate yourself directly or indirectly in any manner, whatsoever, in any other Post or work
part time or pursue any course or study without prior written permission of the company.

Your appointment may be terminated by either party, by giving notice in writing, for a month or
rayment of one month salary in lieu therof. The aim of this clause is to minimize unnecessary
disruption of business .

Incentive:

On the basis of your efficiency, you will be entitled to incentive as per the company norms after
successful completion of 90 days. All incentives paid are subject to appropriate tax deductions.

Increments/ Reward:

You will be required to effectively carry out all duties and responsibilities assigned to you . Your
performance will be subject to annual appraisal by your supervisors. Increments has got to be earned
by consistently efficient and supervisors performance management's decision in this respect is final,
which will be based on performance appraisals made by your supervisor, annually.
