    BASIC INSTALATION OF WATER TANK

    1. Elevate & Level Site


    2. Find out the centre of the tank
    Draw circle according to the diameter of the tank
    3. Build Concrete foundation for Ring Beam
    According to the drawn line
    4. Inside the Ring Beam spread fine sand for sand pad
    5. Place the liner on the sand pad before the wall panel install
    6. Install the 1st Strake
    Ensure that the 1st Strake is Dead Level and Perfectly Round
    7. Install the bottom hoop ring and attach to ring beam
    8. Install the 2nd Strike
    9. Install the 3rd Strike
    10. Install the top hoop ring
    11. Install ladder, gauge, protective tapping, and mounting plates for fittings
    12. Fit, secure and trim the liner
    13. Install fittings
    14. Install roof trusses
    15. Fit, secure and trim the roof sheeting
    16. Install lockable manhole cover
    17. Fill the tank immediately to a minimum 10% of its volume
