Parking Restriction, Gate Access & Courier Deliveries

We are writing to inform you about important changes to campus regulations

concerning public vehicle access, courier deliveries, and gate access.

Public Vehicle Restriction

Effective July 17, 2023, we are implementing a restriction on public vehicles
entering the campus premises solely for dropping off or picking up employees.
To manage traffic flow and optimize parking resources, only public vehicles that
have been booked for the entire day will be allowed to park inside the campus.
We kindly request your cooperation in adhering to this new policy.

Courier Deliveries
To enhance security measures and streamline operations on campus, no courier
vehicle or individual will be allowed inside the campus to deliver food or
personal belongings effective from July 17, 2023. We kindly request all staff
members to collect their personal belongings and any food deliveries from the
Main gate. This policy ensures better control, monitoring, and safety of
incoming items.

Gate Access
Additionally, starting from the same date, in order to facilitate smooth entry and
exit, we are pleased to announce the opening of the second gate for both entry
and exit purposes. This gate will be accessible from 7:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. It is
important to note that all staff members, especially those utilizing the second
gate, are required to wear their ID cards visible at all times. This requirement
is essential for maintaining a secure campus environment.

We understand that these changes may cause some inconvenience, but we

believe that by implementing these measures, we can create a safer and more
efficient environment for everyone on campus. Restricting public vehicle access
will help alleviate traffic congestion and optimize parking space for essential
purposes. The restriction on courier deliveries will enhance security and improve
