Having examined the details given in Notice for Empanelment / Renewal of Contractors, we hereby
submit relevant documents. We certify that all the statements made and information supplied in the
enclosed forms and accompanying statements are true and correct. We have furnished all information
and details necessary for pre-qualification and authorize Hindustan Steelworks Construction Limited
(HSCL) or their representatives to approach individuals, employers, firms and corporations to verify our
submittals, competency and general reputation.

We hereby confirm that we have read and understood all the stipulations given in this Notice for
Empanelment / Renewal of Contractors, and the decision of Hindustan Steelworks Construction Limited
(HSCL) with regard to our Empanelment / Renewal shall be final and binding on us. We have submitted
the certificates in support of our meeting the technical and financial parameters specified in the Notice,
for having successfully completed the works.
