Terms and Conditions:

1. Prices above do not include PPN 11% for Products, and PPh23 2% for Engineering Services.
2. Project Lead time: 8 – 12 weeks.
3. Warranty 6 months after commissioning.
4. Payment terms: 50% down payment, 50% after commissioning.
5. Quotation can be issued separately as required.
6. Proposal is valid for 3 months.

Engineering Scope of work

Engineering scope of work consist of:

1. Installation of new Power Meter including CT in the existing panel.

2. Communication wiring of existing and new Power Meter to factory ethernet network.
3. Installation of new gas and steam Flow meter.
4. Communication wiring/setup of existing and new Flow meter to factory ethernet network.
5. Installation and configuration of Enerwise system at 3 sites (Mojokerto, Cibinong, Bekasi)
6. Modification of existing dashboard/user interface and creation of new one(s) for the new
systems.
7. Creation of graphics and reports.
8. Online Training for Operators.
9. 6 months technical support.

A. Operational Training

Operational training will be delivered for the operator on agreed time and date.

B. Technical Support

Enerwise provides 6 months technical support after the completion of the project.
