Benefit of winning AKKP MAMPU award.

These prizes provide MAMPU with several advantages. MAMPU is a single agency

responsible for designing and executing digitalization policies in the public sector to

improve and modernise the provision of government services. MAMPU supports

Malaysia's industry to improve via corporate management preparation programmes,

guidelines, pioneers and the performance of the public service structure. MAMPU is

committed to strengthening its efforts to change the delivery of public services. As a

vital part of Malaysia’s digital transformation, MAMPU seeks to promote innovation in

a culture of intelligent cooperation and build ties with internal and external

stakeholders and sustainable development models and strategies.

First, it is Digital Transformation in Malaysia that will benefit the awarded MAMPU

Quality Award Directors General (ACKP MAMPU). The Malaysian Unit for

Administrative Modernization and Planning leads Malaysia towards digital

transformation (MAMPU). This is because the ICT integration and use are guiding

forces in Malaysia's public sector. The 2015 Digital Service Repository Forum was

organised by the MAMPU and was held on 8 Oct., bringing together government

officials' ICT leaders. MAMPU enabled not only networking but also collaboration

through this forum. Through this forum. Partnerships are therefore essential for

technological progress. Agencies may provide their citizens more services by

exchanging ideas and data. This forum also seeks to motivate agencies to realise

the advantages of Iot.

Secondly, the AKKP MAMPU prize will also benefit from five new apps and services.

The first is the reintroduction of MAMPU's digital document handling system for the

public sector. These are five new applications and services. "The DDMS system was

established three years ago, and agencies typically were concerned about security

when it came to DDMS adoptions. In order to address this, MAMPU began to work

with unclassified data through agencies. This offered them an opportunity to adjust

and show resiliency to the system. Second, MAMPU provides the AppGen service

that enables state agencies to efficiently develop apps. Agencies had hitherto

depended on MAMPU-unhanging applications. There is now a structured

infrastructure for the production of government applications. Thirdly, MAMPU

launches the Government of Malaysia Mobile Application Gallery (GAMMA). This

portal is a one-stop shop for applications from government. It guarantees safe and

lawful access to applications for citizens. GAMMA eliminates the requirement for

government applications to be downloaded one-by-one to streamline all apps to one

goal.

The fourth way to defining organisations across multiple domains is 1GovEA, the

enterprise architecture blueprint. 1GovEA, beginning with the Phase 1 MAMPU,

followed by the selected phases 2 agency and following phases by the other public

sector agencies, will be carried out in a number of stages across all the agencies.

The implementation method is separated into three distinct steps and supports work

streams throughout the implementation plan from the project management and

change management offices. Finally, 1GovUC or One Government Unified

Communications was introduced that would build a more collaborative and secure

government network. Enhanced government-wide unified communications will result

in reduced travel disparities, cheaper costs, more partnerships and more effective

operations.

Last but not least, AKKP MAMPU can profit by leading to the future, a route that will

increase the citizenship of the Malaysian government and focus on increasing public

service efficiency and productivity. The strategy will lead to major improvements in

public sector transformation. We go from bureaucratic to simple procedures, from

government to government as a service provider and from governing citizens to

participatory governance to mention a few. This is because MAMPU develops a

public sector ICT integration safety framework and standards. These standards are

based on the norms which MAMPU has accepted accessible to the International

Security Organization. Where necessary, some standards are tailored to the aims of

the public sector. Briefly speaking, MAMPU will continue to create public services for

individuals and businesses. 77 per cent of government services have been delivered

online since the Malaysia Plan was launched, out of a total of 13,483 services.

MAMPU will seek to strengthen these services in future, and MAMPU is certain that

it will act as a catalyst for technology and production.
