Packing details:
1).Inner box

A."GRACELAND KINDERS" Design NO:UK color box-

The inner box must be ordered from customer's BELOW supplier.
1.NIXON INDUSTRIES LIMITED----BANGLADESH
2.HONGTAI PAPER ENTERPRISE CO.,LTD----CHINA

B.the inner box can not be binded with any elastic.

C.The inner box must be stronger enough to protect the shoes.

D.Box end with price label should be up when packing the shoes into cartons.

(Pls note that for different customer,the printing on bottom is different,pls pay attention to inform box factory correct customer name when you order the box)

2.HANGTAGS
For order mentioned need PROD HANGTAGS, pls attached with "Atmungsaktives mesh" hangtags
Pls attach 1 piece "Atmungsaktives mesh" hangtags to right foot shoe. All the hangtags must be pulled through the inside top eyelet of each right shoe by a 15cm plastic string.
Pls pay attention that for different customer, the "Atmungsaktives mesh" hangtags are different. Pls pay attention to inform hangtags suppliers the correct hangtags number when order hangtags.

3. Price label

A.Facroty D
A1.All the price label and carton label will be provide by our Bangladesh office

A2. Price label for inner box must be stuck on the right bottom corner of box(size of box label is:length:58mm width:30mm)
Note: Pls use the price label by the customer's Art no and selling price.
B.WHITE LABEL
If order mentioned "NEED WHITE LABEL" then have to stuck it on the right bottomer corner of box up on the yellow price label as below picture. This pic is for reference of the shoebox label position.

4.Outer carton(can not use the nail)

A.The carton label must be stuck on the bottom left corner of the carton (only one long side),there must be about 50mm
empty space from left edge and from bottom edge,but pls pay attention that you are not permitted to print a black frame
on the export carton in order to stick the position of the lable,due to this blk frame the scanner can not read
the barcode on the label.But for another long side of the carton,don't need a carton label,only need print "Made in Bangladesh".

B.The sequential carton number of total quantity,e.g.1 OF 200 must be printed on the one short side of export carton,
and need to print it in the middle of export carton.Carton number don't writing only are printed onto the carton by stamp.

D.Pls pack the carton with "H" style by 6cm transparent adhesive tape.
5.For all DM order， pls use the anti mold spray from GREENCHEM supplier what nominated from DM.
.Pls dont put any SILICA GEL in the shoe box
There are two different antimicrobial . one is FRESH VSC 7200A(E) need to put into Latex glue .  another is VSC7200 SPRAY - spray into finished shoes.  
The Fresh VSC 7200A(E)  one kgs can do 3000 pairs
The VSC 7200SPRAY - one kgs can do 100~ 200 pairs.

6.PAPER CARD BOARD

Pls insert a paper card board in each shoe to avoid the shoes demaged and ensure the shoes perfect.

Tongue label must be printed with

customer's art no,EUR SIZE
(Pls refer our confirmation smpls)
Materials pictogram must be correct.

The packing paper that printed with "graceland" will be used

The packing paper quality and must be the same as our offered sample.

A.inner box packing,all the box ends with price label should be upturned.

A B. pack the carton with "H" style by 6cm transparent adhesive tape.

C.The carton label must be stuck on the bottom left corner of the carton (only one long side)
B "Made in Bangladesh" must be printed on the export carton on the side opposite of carton-label(another long side of carton),
and need to print it in the middle of export caton
D.The sequential carton number of total quantity,e.g. 1 OF 200 must be printed on ONE of short side of export carton,

and need to print it in the middle of export carton.

D E.Carton dimension-cannot exceed:80cm in length,60cm in width,60cm in heights.

Carton gross weight-cannot exceed 25KG.

7.SECURITY SHOE LABEL

If order mentioned"need security shoe label" then have to use it on left shoe for each pair as below indication.

1.Apply the adhesive side of the security shoe label to the left inner sock.
a.The blue arrow points towards the front of the shoe
b.The perforations on the security shoe label are in line with the "ball of foot line"
c.An exact alignment is necessary.
d.The security shoe labels must not be placed directly on any other metallic shanks or materials.

The below picture shows a left "inner sock" with a correctly applied security shoe label.
