Program Overview
This is a certification training launched by apna in association with top banks in

India. This training is designed for experienced career-oriented candidates to get

trained, get industry-recognized certificate and land their dream jobs in Banking

and Finance Sector. In just 1 month, you would be ready to start a professional

career for Entry Level manager roles in a Banking & Finance Company.

Following the successful completion of the training, you would have 2 weeks

placement drive in multiple banking partners associated with the program.

The blended online programme is immersive & comprises of 1 mid-term

online tests and 1 final test, which includes knowledge as well as skill-

based test.
The program offers industry exposure, classroom interaction and trainer

network that helps you build the personality and skill-set to be a Future

Banker

Code of Conduct
1. Be on time! Make sure you join the Google Meet 5 minutes before class

time.
2. Switch your camera on. Your camera must be on at all times.
3. Be seated. You must be seated in a quiet location during the class.
4. Dress for the job. Make sure you are dressed in formals.
5. Be active and attentive. Your classes will be filled with activities,

conversation, and interaction. Make sure you participate fully.

6. Display professionalism. You must be polite and respectful to your

fellow candidates, coaches, support staff, and experts.*

7. Strive for Quality. Treat your Ascend homework like professional

assignments. Submit high-quality work, on time!

8. Be consistent. To qualify for the certificate, you must have 80%

attendance and 100% assignment completion.**

* apna has a 0 tolerance policy for misconduct. A candidate will be expelled and

barred from the program if found to have indulged in unprofessional conduct. Fees

paid, if any, will not be refunded in such a case.

** Candidates who are unresponsive during class, have their camera off without prior

permission, or who enter the class late will be marked absent.
