    This is with reference to ofice order no. 547 dated 09/07/2023 with respect to
    students to whom HPTU, Hamirpur has given special pemission to appear in ongoing end semester
    examination June-July 2023 W.e.f. 10/07/2023 onwards subject to the condition that they have
    successfully passed in at least 50% or 5 Internal Assessments including both Theory and Practical subjects
    (whichever is higher).

    As per direction of higher authority, Improvement Term for these detained students
    will have to be completed by the institute on or before 15th August, 2023. Hence, all HODs/OICs are
    hereby directed to allot teachers with respect to subjects (as mentioned in office order no. 547 dated
    09/07/2023) to be ofièred in improvement term within 3 days positively. 1'ime table of improvement term
    should also be prepared and displayed by the respective departments within a week so that improvement
    term may be started and finished well in time.
