OFFER OF EMPLOYMENT
On behalf of N DISTRIBUTOR is pleased to confirm our offer to employ you as OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR on the following terms and conditions:

1. COMMENCEMENT OF EMPLOYMENT
This offer of employment is conditional on the accuracy of the information supplied to the company in the course of your application for employment. As mutually
agreed, the commencement date of your employment will be on 23 November 2021.
2. SALARY

You shall be paid a basic salary of RM 1200 per month, payable monthly in arrears. Such payments are subject to appropriate statutory deductions as stated in
Clause 7 of this contract and also deductions for absence without leave. Attendance bonus & performance included in condition of bonus payout.
You shall be responsible for the payment of income tax in respect of all your earnings arising out of or in the course of your employment with the company

3. WORKING HOUR
Monday to Saturday : 8.00 am to 6.00 pm

4. ATTENDANCE BONUS
This bonus will be calculated on a weekly basis and will be part of your monthly wages. A satisfactory amount given to reward your commitment and performance
based on Appendix 1.
RM 10 / daily if underperform less than six ( 6 ) days
RM 15 / daily if perform six ( 6 ) days straight in a week

5. ANNUAL LEAVE
You will be entitled to annual leave of eight ( 8 ) days per year, taking into consideration your length of service with the company. Application for leave shall be
made in accordance with procedure established for the purpose.

5. STATUTORY CONTRIBUTION
A portion of your salary shall be deducted according to its prescribed rates for the Employees’ Provident Fund (EPF) and the Social Security Organization
(SOCSO) and Income Tax and Employee Insurance System (EIS), where applicable, which is a mandatory requirement by law.

6. WHOLE TIME
Whilst employed by the company, you shall devote your whole time and attention to the service of the company operation and shall not be engaged in any other
business or occupation or be in any way connected with any other business or concern without the written consent of the company.
7. TERMINATION OF EMPLOYMENT
Either party may terminate this contract of employment by giving one (1) month's notice either in writing or payment of a sum equivalent in lieu of notice.
8. DISMISSAL FOR MISCONDUCT
If at any time you shall be found guilty of misconduct inconsistent with the fulfillment of the express or implied conditions of service or any willful breach or
continued neglect of the terms and conditions of employment enumerated in this letter, the company’s Handbook and Policies, or of the duties from time to time
assigned to you then and in any such case, the company may terminate your employment forthwith without any notice or payment in lieu of notice.

9. PRINCIPLE OF MULTI –SKILLING


In our quest to maximize efficiency in our working environment, we have adopted the “Principle of Multi- Skilling” where possible in all operations asked by the
company.
10. DRUG FREE POLICY
In compliance with the Labour Act you will also agree to undergo a blood & urine test as and when requested by the company. Disciplinary action that may lead to
termination of your appointment may be taken against you if the results show that you are positive of such substance.

11. MAINTAINING CONFIDENTIALITY

In consideration of your continued employment, you agree to the following obligations which you acknowledge reasonably to protect the company’s legitimate
business interests, including but not limited to the company’s legitimate interest in protecting its “Proprietary Information”
( as defined below ), without unreasonably restricting your ability to earn a living after leaving the company :-
11.1 You shall agree to keep in confidence all Proprietary Information, which comes to your knowledge in the course of your daily work. You shall also
conduct yourself professionally and not cause detriment to the Company’s reputation, interest and image.

11.2 For the purposes of this contract, “Proprietary Information” includes trade secrets, business connections, information relating to accounting, cost,
research and development, marketing strategies, sales, current and future product specifications and product/business plans including product
features, capability and applications, technology (whether patented or not), systems, tools and techniques, technical know-how and processes,
hardware and software design details, circuits, software, source code, object code and similar items whether belonging to the company or to others
with whom the company has a business relationship.
12. DATA PROTECTION
With the acceptance of this offer, you hereby agree, covenant and undertake to comply with the provisions and requirements pursuant to the Malaysian Personal
Data Protection Act 2010 and its regulations, orders and guidelines (PDPA). You are required to collect, use, maintain and process personal data collected from a
data subject in accordance with the PDPA and the privacy notices of the company made available to all employees. Any breach including any misuse, unlawful
and/or unauthorized disclosure of personal data will result in disciplinary action up to and including termination of your employment by the company without any
notice or payment in lieu of notice.
13. CONDITION OF OFFER
Please indicate your acceptance of this offer by signing and returning the letter of appointment to us as soon as possible. Please note that if we do not receive your
signed acceptance within seven (7) working days of the date of this contract, the offer then automatically expires.

Other terms and conditions set out in the Employee Handbook shall apply.
If you find the offer of employment on the terms and conditions stated above is acceptable to you, please confirm your acceptance by signing the attached copy of
this contract.
