SUBJECT: Legal Notice For Non-Payment of Dues

Under the instructions from and on behalf of my client Mr. Jayesh Patel
(MK CONSTRUCTION), I have to address you as follows:

1) I am writing this legal notice to bring your attention about the outstanding dues
of construction services provided to you by my client’s firm MK Construction.
Despite multiple reminders and attempts to resolve the matter amicably, the
payment for the services rendered remains unpaid.
2) According to my client’s records, the construction services were performed at
ISRO Bopal, situated at Bopal Gam, Bopal, Ahmedabad – 380058 between APRIL
2018 to MAY 2019. The total outstanding amount, as per the agreed-upon terms
and conditions of my client’s and your contract are INR 1,39,541/- (INDIAN
RUPEES ONE LAKH THIRTY NINE THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED AND
FORTY ONE RUPEES) This amount includes the cost of labour, materials, and
other additional expenses incurred during the construction process.
3) My client understands that unforeseen circumstances may arise, leading to delays
or financial difficulties. However it has been THREE YEARS since the
completion of the project, and my client have not received any payment or
 communication regarding the outstanding balance, even though my client and
his representative has tried to communicate you and your firm numerous times
through phone calls and messages to remind you of the outstanding amount and
unfortunately my client’s previous attempts have not yielded any response or
payment from your end. This situation is causing significant financial strain on
my client and on my client’s business operations.
4) Please be advised that if the outstanding amount is not settled within Seven (7)
days from the receipt of this legal notice, my client will be left with no choice
but to pursue legal action to recover the total outstanding amount INR 1,39,541/-
(ONE LAKH THIRTY NINE THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED AND FORTY ONE
RUPEES). Legal proceedings may involve filing a lawsuit, which can result in
additional costs, including attorney fees, court expenses.
5) My client strongly urge you to treat this matter seriously and take immediate
action to resolve the outstanding payment. To avoid any legal consequences, my
client kindly request that you make the payment in full within the specified
timeframe mentioned above. Attached to this legal notice, you will find an
invoice detailing the services provided and the outstanding amount.
6) Should you have any questions or require further clarification, please do not
hesitate to contact my client or his representative at his office situated at D 601,
Sun Central Place, Opp. Vakil Saheb Bridge, S.P. Ring Road, Bopal, Ahmedabad
– 380058 or by contacting my client or his representative on Phone No. 02717-
474-212 and Email Id: info@mkconstruction.in. My client hope to resolve this
matter amicably and avoid unnecessary legal proceedings.

Further I hereby call upon you to repay the outstanding dues within Seven (7) days
from the receipt of this notice or otherwise failing which, my client shall take it for
granted that you are no more sincere and interested in meeting and resolve this
matter peacefully or through open communication, and my client would then be
constrained to take against you an appropriate legal action, and in that event, you
shall have to thank none but yourself for all the faults and follies on your part alone,
which please note.
