The Tour de France is the biggest annual sporting event in the world and the
pinnacle of professional cycling. It is the most difficult and prestigious bicycle
race on earth. Since the first edition in 1903, the Tour de France has grown to
attract 10-12 million roadside spectators each year. The peloton includes 176
riders from 22 teams, racing across a total distance of 3,479.3 km for 22 Stages
in just 23 days.
 Welcome to L’Etape Indonesia
For the second time L’Etape takes you to the pearl of Indonesia :
Lombok. Empty beaches, lost small steep mountains, remote villages
and rice paddies and the beautiful sceneries you never seen before,
come and challenge yourself with an epic ride into the untouched wild
Indonesia. Breathtaking sceneries and cultural exploration guaranteed.

THE RACE
L'Etape Indonesia's race course has a total length of 141 km that starts and ends at the Pertamina Mandalika
International Circuit, which has been declared as one of the 5 Super Priority Destinations. Riders will be
released in pelotons of 100 riders every 5 minutes. Everyone will ride in groups inside the Pertamina
Mandalika international Circuit and the BIL by-pass for about 6.5 km before the flying start point. The course
is filled with rolling hills and several challenging climbs with beautiful backdrop overlooking the southern
coastline of Lombok. There is one KOM segment and one Sprint segment where the fastest male and female
competitors will be awarded the polka-dot and the green jersey respectively. There will be feeding station
and water station at approximately every 15 km with water, electrolytes and fruits.

THE RIDE
L'Etape Indonesia Ride course has a total length of 79 km that also starts and ends at the Pertamina
Mandalika International Circuit, which has been declared as one of the 5 Super Priority Destinations. Riders of
the Ride category will be released in a peloton after all the race participants have started. The ride will be led
by road captains that will escort the participants around the track race circuit, Awang bay, Batu Nyale,
airport by-pass, and returning to Pertamina Mandalika International Circuit. There will be feeding station and
water station at approximately every 15 km with water, electrolytes and fruits.
