Having 16 years of experience of Erection & Commissioning and routine
operation in utilities section in Fatima Fertilizer limited Pakistan, (With the
objective of setting-up a fully integrated fertilizer complex, capable of
producing two. Intermediate products i.e., Ammonia and Nitric acid, Nitro
Phosphate (NP), Calcium Ammonium Nitrate (CAN) and Urea) and Olympia
Chemical.

Current Job Responsibilities
➢ Responsible for Safe Startup and Shutdown as control room
DCS operator.
➢ Direct and guide the area operators under his supervision to
assist operations of the plant.
➢ Responsible to safe operation, Startup / shutdown of GAS
TURBINES , HRSG and STEAM TURBINE on DCS.
➢ Responsible emergency power line up in case of total
power failure.
➢ Responsible to operate and monitor the smooth operation of
all process Units / equipments.
➢ Follow and maintain all operational instruction given by shift
➢ Coordinator/shift engineer in day-to-day activities and
coordinate all emergencies/operational activities with other
duty operators.
➢ Participate in start up and shutdown of all related
section/equipment.
➢ During normal operation keep logging record of two hourly
process Parameters on DCS.

“Combustion Engineering” water tube Boiler having Balance draft
furnace.

Commissioning of coil fired boilers & Steam Turbine in Premier
Industrial Chemicals Ltd.
➢ 06 MW Back Pressure Steam Turbine Generator Operating
pressure of 60 kg/cm2 steam.
➢ 2.8 MW Emergency Diesel Generator for Backup and Emergency
Load incase of black out.
➢ Steam turbine inlet pressure 60 kg/cm 2 and outlet steam pressure
18 kg/cm2.
Shutdown & Turnarounds
I am fully aware of the plant site jobs handing over for
maintenance and taking back after maintenance according to
standard work permit procedure (WPP or PTW) during normal
operation and annual turnaround/shutdowns.
