This chapter describes how to create a user for the DC to log in to the target NE.
Use the szhw account for NE upgrades whenever possible. If the password does not meet requirements,
change the password before performing the upgrade.
2. In the displayed window, select the required NE in the navigation tree and click .
3. In the Result dialog box, click Close if "Operation succeeded" is displayed. If the
operation fails, contact Huawei engineers for assistance.
4. Right-click the NE User Management Table area and choose Add from the shortcut
menu.
5. In the Add NE User window, set NE User, User Level, NE User Flag, New Password,
and Confirm Password, and click Apply. Then click OK to close the window after the
user is successfully added.
The two fields must be set to Debug Level and General NE User, respectively. Otherwise,
the upgrade may fail.
Valid values for User Level are Monitor Level, Operation Level, Maintenance Level, System Level,
and Debug Level. Valid values for NE User Flag are LCT NE User, EMS NE User, CMD NE User,
and General NE User. Set the two fields to Debug Level and General NE User, respectively.
2. In the DC Login User Management window, click the DC Login User Management
tab, then select the required NE in the navigation tree and

Switch NE User from the shortcut menu.
4. Enter the user name and password of the created user in the User and Password fields,
and click OK.
5. In the Result dialog box, click Close if "Operation succeeded" is displayed. If the
