I would like to request the possibility of re-assignment from Tinuyop National High School
to Sindangan National High School, Sindangan Central District. I am Margie D. Boganotan, a
bona fide resident of Talinga, Sindangan, Zamboanga del Norte.

I started working in the Department of Education since June 18, 2018 up to present at
Tinuyop National High School. During the time that I incurred in the said school I gained
and developed my skills in understanding the difference of learners and its diversity. My
experience was indeed rewarding as an Educator. Moreover, the following reasons stated
herein based on the DepEd Order #22, s. 2013:

 The distance of our place to my station.

 I am travelling 40 kilometers back and forth for more than one (1) hour
everyday. I am afraid of the possible accidents along the way.
 I’m hoping to be less stress (traveling everyday on a not so friendly road).
 I spent 6,000 a month for my fare and food which is a burden for me as the
breadwinner of my family.

In view of the above mentioned reasons, and in consideration of my right and privileges,
please understand my situation and I am humbly appealing to your office to consider my
intention to transfer.
