OPERATIONAL MANAGER • BUSANI • 2021 – NOW
Busani is a company engaged in the food and beverage sector. My
responsibility here as an operational manager is to ensure that the
business runs smoothly, some examples are ensuring that the raw
material for food supplies is always on the enable/ready status,
besides that I am also required to be a leader in teamwork with
existing employees, therefore educating Excellent HR is one of my
missions in the company.

sector, in this case we provide the procurement of raw materials
from natural resources in Indonesia. Since this company has just
been established, of course my position of responsibility here is to
