Interpretation
The Cronbach's Alpha value 0.836 with 13 items scale demonstrates good internal consistency.
The high value of α indicates that items included within the scale are measuring the same
underlying construct.

Interpretation

The analysis indicates a statistically significant positive correlation (r = 0.508, p < 0.01) between sleep
pattern and mental health, suggesting a moderate to strong association between the two variables. It
suggests that individuals with healthier sleep patterns tend to exhibit better mental health, whereas those
with disrupted sleep patterns are more prone to experiencing mental health challenges. These findings
underscore the significance of addressing sleep disturbances as a potential avenue for enhancing mental
well-being.

Interpretation of mediation

The age act as a mediator between sleep pattern and mental health of individual, it was
observed that total effect of sleep pattern on mental health is 0.6874. Confidence interval for the total
effect does not include zero, it suggests that the mediating effect is statistically significant. This means
that there is evidence of mediation, indicating that the mediating variable age plays a role in the
relationship between the independent and dependent variables. Further in case of both direct and
indirect effect the confidence interval will have an LLCL and ULCI does not include zero and A p-value of
0.000 indicates that the indirect effect is statistically significant at conventional levels of significance
(e.g., alpha = 0.05) and R-squared value of 0.2583 suggests that approximately 25.83% of the variance in
the dependent variable can be explained by the independent variable(s) and the mediator variable
together

Interpretation of moderator
The total effect of sleep pattern in case of female gender is 0.8283 NS 0.5261 in men.
The R squared value of 0.2916 indicated that at least 30 percent variability observed in the
mental health (dependent variable) which can be explained by independent and moderator
collectively. Further p value is 0.000 that indicated that moderator had significant effect on
dependent variable. The zero value does not involve in conditional effect of the focal predictor
between LLCI and ULCI. The results show that gender act as a moderator between sleep pattern
and mental health problems.

Interpretation
The table indicates that at age 19 the Kolmogorov-Smirnov test statistic is 0.202 with 5
degrees of freedom, and the significance level is 0.200 (p > 0.05), indicating that the
distribution of age in this group does not significantly deviate from normality same as The
Shapiro-Wilk test statistic is 0.933 with 5 degrees of freedom, and the significance level is
0.619 (p > 0.05), also suggesting that the distribution is approximately normal.. the individual
of 20 year have The Shapiro-Wilk test statistic is 0.936 with 16 degrees of freedom, and the
significance level is 0.298 (p > 0.05), suggesting approximate normality while The
Kolmogorov-Smirnov test statistic is 0.158 with 16 degrees of freedom, and the significance
level is 0.200 (p > 0.05) that indicate normality. Similarly at age of 21 and 22 the
Kolmogorov-Smirnov test statistic is 0.128 with 32 degrees of freedom, and the significance
level is 0.196 (p > 0.05) and 0.171 with 13 degrees of freedom, and the significance level is
0.200 (p > 0.05), respectively indicating no significant deviation from normality. The
Shapiro-Wilk test statistic is 0.935 with 32 degrees of freedom, and the significance level is
0.055 (p > 0.05) and 0.909 with 13 degrees of freedom, and the significance level is 0.176 (p

Interpretation
There is total 86 participant included in the sample, the average of sleep pattern is 18.46 with
standard deviation of 6.29 while mental health have average of 11.44 with standard deviation
4.65. The T test value is set to 0.05 during analysis of data. It was found that t-value for sleep
pattern is 27.14 with 85 degree of freedom. The significant value is 0.00 less than test value
that indicates we will have to accept Ho. In case of mental health t-value value is 22.711 with
degree of freedom 85. The significance value also less than 0.05 indicates that sleep pattern
affect mental health in individuals
