Greeting!
Following the completion of in-person sessions, the Department of Education
(DepEd) has devised a Learning Continuity and Recovery Plan to assist schools in
filling gaps caused by pandemic-related interruptions. The proposed policy is based
on remediation and intervention in learning, professional development, health and
safety, and well-being.

In line with the Division Office's Learning Continuity and Recovery Plan principles,
the undersigned proponents were inspired to undertake a Remedial Numeracy
Program entitled: Project I PASS MATH (Improving the Performance and Arithmetic
Skills of Students through Mathematics Activities, Teaching and Honing) A School-
based Remedial Numeracy Program for Grade 3 students who are struggling
with the four basic operations in mathematics. In accordance with this, we
would like to request your permission to carry out the aforementioned project with
Grade 3 students.
Attached here is the Project Profile and Project Work Plan and Budget Matrix.
