ENTREPRENEURSHIP FESTIVAL

Further details and reminders:

1. Students are intended to have their set-up on June 27, Tuesday, 1PM onwards. Please make
sure that you bring all the necessary equipment, materials, and supplies. You will not be
provided of anything on the said bazaar.

2. Students may come as early as 6AM on June 29, provided that they have the accomplished
Parents’ Consent Form.

3. Each group will be given a 6x5 ft. area in the gymnasium. Just make sure that you will be
exhibiting and showcasing the nature of your business and your product. Just make sure that
you will all dispose the trash relevant to the said exposition. You may also wear casual clothes
that is aligned with your uniform to add a little impact to your over-all look. You may also use
different strategies to attract customers, such as having games, food tasting, bundled products,
discounts, to name a few.

4. We encourage everyone to use non-electric equipment for they will be consuming much
electricity and could be a sign of hazard as well. May use portable stoves for your cooking
needs. Also, the school kitchen will not be open for any borrowing or using of any school supply.
You may also bring cooked products to lessen your preparation time.

5. Program will start at exactly 8 am. Please make sure that your booth will be ready to accept
customers 30 minutes before the said schedule.

6. Egress will start at 4PM. Students will be dismissed at exactly 5PM and must ensure that their
set-up is already clean and brought back to its original phase.

7. Consent form shall be given to the Entrepreneurship Teacher, which is already good for two
days (June 27 for the Set-Up, and June 29 for the Business Expo).

8. Awards will be given to the most impressive business with the different categories: Most
Creative Stall, Most Innovative Product (Food and Non-Food Category), and Best Selling Product.
There will be 2 winners in each category and will receive cash prizes.

9. A prepared activity/intermission is highly encouraged to make our program more interactive;

games, cooking demo, singing, and dancing to name a few.
