PROCEDURE
INTRODUCTION/MOTIVATION The teacher will ask the following questions:
What is the future of the universe?
Will it continue to expand or stop and begin to contract or will it end or will it last forever?
What is the shape of Earth?
What are the features of the Earth that proves its true shape?
INSTRUCTION/ DELIVERY The teacher will present to the class the concepts of the lesson and relate these concepts to other topics/disciplines.
VALUES INTEGRATION: Appreciate the significant contributions made by the different astronomers on the development of Earth
science.
PRACTICE Direct the learners to Science Connections and Practical Sciences on pages 133- 134, respectively, to enrich their understanding of the
lesson.
ENRICHMENT Assign the students to have an advance reading on Lesson 6.2 Models of Universe.
