This detox protocol helps, but it cannot prevent adverse effects or complications post-inoculation.

 GENERAL RECOMMENDATIONS
● Alkaline Die
● Avoid: flours, sugar and dairy products; red
meats if possible and increase water intake.

● Grounding or “Earthing
● At least 3 times a week for 30 minutes

 PRE-INOCULATION
● Diet rich in fruits and vegetable
● Start 48 hrs prior to the jab

● CDS F20 Protoco

● Finish it 1 hour before inoculation

 POST-INOCULATION (day of)

● Disinfect the area with CDS in spray (1/3 of CDS at

(cotton ball or sterile gauze) apply in the jab area for 15-20
minutes
