    Ref: Your Letter no SA/A/RS/ED Tech-10C dated 22.11.2021.

    Dear Sir,

    With reference to your letter, please be intimated that we have already repaired all the mentioned
    units but one and joint inspection had also been done. For unit Sl no 18086357 we have not received
    any complaint and the unit is already out of warranty.

    We have also attached the root cause analysis reports of the units which we have already received
    and checked at our works. Be assured that we are continuously analysing and improving all issues
    that we receive regarding the DC DC converters.

    Also as requested by you, please find attached the schematic diagram for the DC DC converter for
    your ready reference.
