Dear Chief Editor,

I am pleased to submit an original research article entitled “COMMUNITY RESILIENCE

FRAMEWORKS FOR STAKEHOLDER ACTION IN COVID-19 RISK
MANAGEMENT”. The coronavirus disease (COVID-19) pandemic has affected people’s
lives globally. Indonesia has been significantly affected by this disease. COVID-19 also has
affected the social and economic aspects of the country, including community livelihood. We
explore the concept of resilience operationalized through various settings and geographical
areas. From the existing literature reviews, we develop a holistic model for community
resilience during the COVID-19 pandemic.

This study formulate six important domains for community resilience in the COVID-19
pandemic: natural capital, social capital, stakeholder engagements, community participation,
technology, and communication. This manuscript has not been published before or not
currently under consideration for publication elsewhere. We have no conflicts of interest
to disclose.

Thank you for consideration.
