various applications.

transformation, ensure cybersecurity,
protect privacy, encourage
innovation, and facilitate international
cooperation in ICT.

ICT plan outlines the technology
needs and initiatives to be
implemented to achieve the
school’s objectives. An ICT plan
incorporates a vision and outlines the
options for attaining these objectives.
2. ICT Infrastructure
Promote accessible, universal,
affordable, reliable, modern, and
high-quality ICT facilities and
services.
3. Legal and Regulatory
Framework
Provide for creating an enabling legal
and regulatory environment that
ensures the growth and development
of the ICT sector.
4. Human Resource
Development
Promote the use of ICT to enhance
education and skills development and
build a growing ICT-savvy Nation.
5. Industry
Use ICT to create an enabling and
conducive environment for promoting
investment and developing a vibrant
and sustainable economy.
6. Government
The government as a user,
purchaser, and regulator must
support the use of ICT for innovative,
effective, and efficient delivery of
information and services to the citizen
and within the public sector.

security is required based on the level of
risk such as the personal information
involved, the purpose of the online tool,
the age of students using the tool, etc.

online tools are being used. This includes

personal information is involved, who is
able to see it, and where it is stored.
