Employee Warning- Bonus Contract Based on Attendance

To all employee,

This memo to bring to your attention our concern about your attendance at work. Over the
past, attendance employee has been inconsistent, which has had a negative impact on your
work performance and the overall productivity of our team.

As you are aware, our company has a bonus project in place, which rewards employees who
demonstrate exemplary attendance and performance. However, based on your recent
attendance record. In addition, if absence affects the workload of other team members, and
it can cause delays in our operations.

We are committed to supporting our employees in maintaining a healthy work-life balance,

and we encourage you to speak with us if you are facing any challenges that are impacting
your attendance. However, we must also hold our employees accountable for meeting their
