Since only 22 days elapsed between the Commencement Date and the end of the reporting period, it is impractical for Siemens to issue a report in the format stated in Appendix M. However, we do feel itis necessary to provide a report of the major activities that occurred under the Reservation Agreement as ‘well as after the Commencement Date.
