("Contractor’) for Phase 1 of the Santo Domingo de los Olleros Power Project Dear Ms. Alegre: Subject: Communication Processes Contractor's communication procedure for the Santo Domingo de los Olleros Power Project will be included the forthcoming Project Execution Plan. Since this plan has not been issued yet, we take this opportunity to state the communication processes we will follow until a mutually agreed process is in place. Contractor Correspondence to Owner Technical and commercial correspondence, including Payment Requests, will be sent to the address and individual identified in Article 18.11 unless Contractor is notified to change the primary address or addressee. Letters signed by Contractor's General Project Manager will be issued for all significant correspondence. Email will be used as a transmittal method for letters and for the discussion of non-substantive subjects (meet requests, minor clatifications, etc.). When email is used to discuss a substantive subject because of time urgency, the communication will be confirmed by letter. Al letters will be uniquely numbered although letter numbers may not always be issued in sequential order. When sent by email, the letter and attachments will be in PDF scanned-image format. One original of each letter will be sent by international courier following the initial transmittal be email. Original letters may be consolidated for several days into one courier dispatch unless the subject is time-sensitive. Contractor's preliminary electronic distribution list consists of the following names. Owner may nominate additional individuals to be added to the electronic distribution list or change the preliminary list. Delivery ill be considered complete when the email is accepted by recipients email system. This will allow Contractor's organization to track all correspondence and assure a timely response. Once the necessary information has been received, a test message will be sent by Contractor with a corresponding test message retumed by the User to confirm two-way communication.
