Beans Curry

Ingredients:
Beans About 10 pods
Thunapaha Powder 2 Tea spoonful
Turmeric Powder 1 Tea spoonful
Fenugreek ½ Tea spoonful
Coconut Milk 1 Cup
Salt 1 Tea spoonful
Rampe, Karapincha, Maldive fish

 Remove 2 ends of bean pods.





 Put them into clay pot.
 Add Salt, Thunapaha Powder, Turmeric Powder, Fenugreek, Maldive fish,
Rampe & Karapincha onto potato.
 Pour coconut milk over that & mix well.
 Keep the pot on gas cooker. (Medium heat)
 Midway, taste to see whether salt is enough. If not, add a bit of more salt.
 Mix well while cooking. Do not let the broth to boil over the pot.
