Comments / Recommendations:

1. Actual Capacitance is 50% less compared to Specifications. Allowable is only 10%

2. Based on the actual reading of Current for the Capacitor bank, it is only is 0.886 amperes
compared to the actual loading of the building which is 389 amperes at the time of the
measurement. Trace the Current Transformer location and place it in the Line 1 of the MDP
Panel to correct the measurement.
3. Since the requirement for the current is less than 1 ampere, the Capacitor Bank Monitor detects
that it SHOULD not engage that is why it does not activate the Magnetic Contactors
