Activity

1. If I were the head, I will gather all the facts that are related
with the case and study them properly. I will also include
customer’s feedback about Anne’s performance. After gathering all
the data and information I needed, and then analyze it. I will also
listen to each of them regarding to what they are thinking. The
ability to listen is necessary for resolving conflict within an
organization. Each side should be able to explain its involvement
in the conflict and then listen to the other parties involved. In
general, by doing so, I can pinpoint the source of the problem and
develop a solution simply by listening to all parties involved in
the conflict.
