    Gender Equality

    Many people write about the rights of  female and the pressure handled by them..but
    has anyone ever thought of what male goes through? Everyone just considers male
    for every bad work. No one understands how they are treated..they don't show their
    pain so it doesn't mean that they don't suffer.Gender Inequality Harms Not Only
    Women And Girls, But Also Men And Boys .Its not only about males its about the
    equality of both genders.Some people raise their voice for rights of female..that's a
    good thing but females and males should get equal rights..they should be treated
    equally..In India girls and boys experience adolescence differently. While boys tend to
    experience greater freedom, girls tend to face extensive limitations on their ability to
    move freely and to make decisions affecting their work, education, marriage and social
    relationships.WHY? girls can protect themselves they should also get freedom as
    boys..and boys  can also cry! I don't understand why the hell people consider the
    boys weak if they cry? they are also HUMAN BEINGS they also have EMOTIONS in
    them..These strict gender norms are stifling both boys and girls.Most people still see
    gender issues as women’s issues, even though the strict definition of gender
    encompasses male, female and other gender identities.Gender conversations should
    not be solely focused on women and girls..Dr Robert Blum once said “There are those
    who see this as a zero-sum game—that if you acknowledge the importance of men and
    boys, it is diminishing the importance of women and girls. But this is not a zero-sum
    game at all.”..I totally agree with this. A nation can progress and attain higher
    development growth only when both men and women are entitled to equal
    opportunities!..A day before i was reading some essays written by people on gender
    inequality..but none of them mentioned problems faced by boys..I am a girl but i only
    believe in equal rights !!!..Its not a competition going on that who will get more
    rights..EVERYONE SHOULD HAVE EQUAL RIGHTS . That's all are my views No offence
    to anyone but people should start thinking about other gender too and i am really
    looking forward that my article would encourage people.
