1. It is in the smooth implementation of various programs and projects being undertaken


in the school lies the quality of educational outputs/services. One of the best means to
attain this is through the concerted efforts, coordination, full support and cooperation of
the entire community. Thus, in involvement of teachers, school, children, school
administrator, parent and other school patron is necessary and imperative.

2. In this connection, different task forces and working committees are hereby created
to ensure the successful conduct and implementation of the programs and projects and
worthwhile activities.

3. Attached herewith is the list of task forces, working committees, assignment of


teachers created and their duties responsibilities.

TERMS OF REFERENCES/DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Teaching Personnel

 Refer to professional staff directly involved in teaching students, including


classroom teachers, special education teachers; and other teachers who work with
students as a whole class in a classroom, in small groups in a resource room, or in
one to one teaching inside or outside a regular classroom.
 Teaching personnel also includes chairpersons of department whose duties include
some amount of teaching, but it does not include non- professional personnel who
support teachers in providing instruction to students, such as teachers’ aides and
other paraprofessional personnel.

Special Assignment

 It means a job assignment that is expected to be temporary and is designated as a


special assignment by the school in its sole discretion.

Officer-in charge

 Acts as Officer-in Charge in the absence of the Principal specifically when the latter
is attending seminar-workshop, conferences, trainings, meetings, workshops and
the likes.
 Takes charge of the school especially in the preparation and submission of required
reports asked by the higher offices.
 Checks/monitors the teaching staff and other school personnel.
 Entertains, visitors especially with regards with official manners.
 Coordinates/Cooperates with the community and stakeholders in terms of DepEd’s
programs and projects

School SBM (School-Based Management) Coordinator

 Acts as the focal person and liaison officer for SBM in the district in the relation to
SBM implementation.
 Takes the lead in gathering accurate and reliable data and in analyzing and
interpreting the same.
 Submit regular quarterly reports on the status of SBM implementation to the
District SBM Coordinator,
 Initiate collaborative meetings with schools and other stakeholders to maintain
effective partnership.
 Participate in making decision that will improve learning.
 Ensure the accuracy of school data.
 Coordinates with the District SBM coordinator for further information on SBM
validation and ESIP appraisal.
 Monitors the progress of schools SBM level of practice.
Grade Leader

 Facilitate the enrolment of our pupils in your grade level.


 Assist them in making a lesson plan if there is a need.
 Consolidate reports for grade level.
 Encourage co-grade teachers to encourage to use innovative way in teaching
techniques .
 Participate in different school project.
 Develop rapport among our pupils, parents and to community.

School Sports Coordinator

 Spearhead activities related to sports.


 Train and capacitate pupils who will join in the district, division, or even in the
regional competition.
 Organize, develop and maintain assigned recreational sports programs including
coaching and teaching responsibilities, and planning for team activities.
 Keep current and be familiar with teaching/coaching practices and all rules policies
and regulations pertinent to each sport conducted.
 Develop and participate in workshops, clinics,, and in-service training sessions
pertaining to sporting/recreational sports organization.
 Oversee all aspects of risk management, safety and welfare of facilities and sports
participants, utilizing own knowledge concerning the care and prevention of athletic
injuries.

School CI (Continuous Improvement) Chairperson

 Provide leadership and direction to the committee, ensuring that the goals agreed
by the committee are being achieved.
 Coordinate with the district and Division CI Committees on concerns , updates and
CI undertakings.
 Spearhead activities that would promote and sustain the culture or Continuous
Improvement in the school.

DRRM Coordinator

 Ensure the establishment of an Early Warning System (i.e. bulletin board for
weather advisories, bell, siren, emergency signals, among others)
 Conduct an annual student-led hazard mapping within and around the school
premises to ensure a safe
 Maintain close coordination with local DRRM Council on the conduct of
preparedness activities and on response needs, among others.
 Provide capacity building for teachers, non-teaching staff and learners on DRRM.
 Maintain disseminate, and post relevant and update emergency hotlines in strategic
locations throughout the school vicinity/district of Binangonan.
 Check the school for posting of safety and preparedness measures and evacuation
plans.
 Monitoring of multi hazard drill every month in the AOR.
 Integrate DRRM in regular school programs and activities in School Improvement
Plan (SIP)
 Monitor the effects of hazards, including the used of school as a evacuation center.
 Prepare and submit reports on the effects of any hazards.
 Track all school personnel during disasters and/or emergencies.

LIS Coordinator

 Issuing the user accounts to all homeroom advisers and shall give them appropriate
access, rights to their specific homeroom sections.
 Shall ensure that the homeroom advisers shall update all required learners data for
Beginning of School Year (BOSY).
 Shall remind and update that the basis of the homeroom advisers in enrolling their
learners into their section must be the school form 1.
 Monitored all the transferees (it can be transferred in and transferred out).
 See to it that all the transferees both public and private schools are enrolled in our
school.
 Accept all the request and pending approval.
 Shall check the learners supporting documents (without LRNs to the SDO, through
the Division Planning Officer III.

School Property Custodian

 Responsible for the compliance, cleanliness, safety, security and maintenance of the
school buildings, grounds and fields.

School MEA (Monitoring, Evaluation and Assessment) Coordinator

 Be responsible for the design, coordination and implementation of the monitoring


and evaluation, research and learning framework.
 Develop a systematic monitoring framework to improve the qualitative and
quantitative evidence gathered.
 Provide technical assistance to the implementing agencies, particularly in relation to
monitoring, reporting ang governance issues.
 Assist in revision of the project log frame matrix, particularly in the areas of
performance indicator and their measurement.
 Assist in the development and/or finalization of the project Work Plan and keep it
updated in accordance with project ,activities and timeframe as relevant.

School Canteen Manager

 Follow DepEd Order 8, s. 2007 – Revised the Implementing Guidelines on the


Operation and Management or School Canteens in Public Elementary and Secondary
Schools.
 Supervise Canteen Operations for a period not exceeding three (3) hours per day
which is equivalent to four (4) EPP teaching periods.
 The School Canteen Manager shall be responsible in the preparation and submission
of reports and statement of sales and disbursements required and enumerated in
the procedural guidelines.
 The School Canteen Manager should prepare only nutritious foods for the students.
 Monitor the cleanliness and the safety in the food preparation.
School KID/KAB/BOY, TWINKLERS/STAR/GIRL Scout Coordinator

 Develop and implement methods which encourage and empower Scouting


participants to help maximize the number or dedicated Scouting Youth and mentors
as dedicated Scouting Volunteers who participate with their scouts.
 Leads in obtaining the values, benefits, experiences, and rewards from their
Scouting Participation and achievement.
 Attend meeting/seminar related to the job as school Scout Coordinator.
 Coordinates with the District Scout Coordinator Consultant.
 Submits needed reports as required by higher office.
 Prepares scouting activities for the pupils.

Nutrition/Health Coordinator

 Provides leadership and guidance to promote effective school health policies and
practices.
 Increasing school and community awareness and understanding about health
problems
 Developing and implementing an action work plan for coordinating school health
programs.
 Organize and prepares all the things needed in the school clinic.
 Ensure that the First Aid Kit is available in the school clinic.
 Attend meeting/seminar related to the job as School Health Coordinator.
 Submits needed reports as required by higher status ( ex. Nutritional Status)

Guidance Councilor

 Make each student feel that there is someone in the school who knows and cares
about them.
 Instill in their minds that Guidance Counselors are there to guide and assist those
students who are in need not to give them punishment.
 Strive in providing a variety of activities or services in which students will benefit
from it.

School ICT/LIS/EBEIS Coordinator

 Responsible in ensuring effective utilization and maintenance of E- classroom and


DCP package in school.
 Oversees all aspects of ICT in the school and take initiative diagnostics
recommendations to ensure the ICT resources are effectively and efficiently used.
 Facilitate the early submission of different forms and updating of other DepEd
information system (LIS, EBEIS ENCODING, NSBIENCODING, DepEd Email Account,
EHRIS)
 Participate and communicate with the division and other school ICT Coordinator
with regards to the implementation of division ICT related programs.
 Prepare report, assessment and action plan for ICT.
 Other ICT related works assigned by the school head to ensure the early submission
of report and updating of different information systems of DepEd.
School ESP (Edukasyon sa Pagpapakatao) Coordinator

 Consolidate test results in ESP.


 Initiate projects for the benefit of the school and pupils.
 Ensure the improvement of pupils behavior and moral values.
 Help co-teachers analyze pupils strengths ang weaknesses in related field,
 Attend in different seminars, meetings and in- service trainings.

School Filipino Coordinator

 Consolidate test results in Filipino.

 Help co-teachers analyze pupils strengths ang weaknesses in related field,

School English Coordinator

 Provide technical assistance to all English subject teachers to make the lesson more
interesting and enjoyable.
LRMDS Coordinator

 Has the potential or technical skills in developing and evaluating learning resources
of various formats and designs;
 Has a positive working attitude and willing to assist and mentor other
teachers/school heads related to the use and access of learning resources;
 Has the capability to lead and organize district and/or school level LRMDS programs,
projects and activities;
 Proficient in common office productivity software like word processing, spreadsheets,
multimedia presentations, internet browser and other LRMDS-support technologies;
 With technical competencies in downloading and/or uploading digital files and setting
up multimedia devices and gadgets;
 Capable of sending and receiving emails and other social media messaging;
 With proficient oral and written communication skills;
 Systematic in filing and managing files.

SIC (School Information Coordinator)


 Assist and act as focal persons in verifying and addressing issues and concerns
raised by the public and the media involving their school or area.
 Facilitate the conduct of verification of information based on protocols, data
privacy, integrity and confidentiality.
 Facilitate the communication of any untoward incidents in their respective areas and
submit a detailed report within 24 hours to DepEd Central Office (CO) Public Affairs
Service (PAS) copy furnished their respective regional and schools division offices.
 Provide updates to the schools division, region or CO that may be referred to in
media releases to national media.
 Support their respective schools, schools division, and regional offices in
responding to media queries on local issues.
 Coordinate with the schools division, regional or CO to request for official
statements on existing issues
 Perform duties and responsibilities related to DepEd Public Affairs programs,
projects, and activities.
 Perform other tasks related to the efficient communication, documentation and
dissemination of information to DepEd CO and vice versa.
