STATE OF WYOMING

Wyoming is located in the western region of the United


States and borders the states of South Dakota, Nebraska,
Colorado, Utah, Idaho, and Montana. The Capital is
Cheyenne, its flag is represented by a white bison with
the shield inside the animal and its characteristic colors
are red blue and white.
POPULATION
There are also records that its population varies between
500,000 to 600,000 inhabitants, being considered the
state with the fewest inhabitants in the USA despite being
the tenth largest state.
The federal government owns most of the land in
Wyoming followed by BLM with its Spanish translation
Black Lives Matter owns the other remaining land. When
we say owner, we mean that they manage and control
those lands for political purposes.
SURFACE
The surface area of Wyoming consists of a total of
253,596 km2 and The parks most visited by tourists are
Yellowstone and Grand Teton- Wyoming has many

• BIGHORN
Bighorn or big Horn Mountains, which means
"mountains of the great horn"), are a mountain range of
the United States located north of the Great Plains, one
of the eastern foothills of the Rocky Mountains that run
in the northern part of the state of Wyoming and
southern Montana.
• CHEYENNE
Cheyenne known as a North American Indian town being
the capital and most populated city of Wyoming.

• DEVIL´S TOWER
Devil's Tower National Monument of the United States is
a monolithic igneous intrusion or volcanic neck located in
the Black Hills near Hulett and Sundance in Crook County,
northeastern Wyoming
• CASPER
Casper, it is the second largest city in the state
• CODY
Cody, It is located on the banks of the Shoshone River, a
tributary of the Bighorn River, which in turn is a tributary
of the Yellowstone, in turn a tributary of the Missouri.
• FLAMING GORGE RECREATION AREA
A beautiful place that is a must-see in the Uintah Basin is
the one and only Flaming Gorge. This beautiful natural
setting provides you with many different and unique
opportunities to enjoy the outdoors.

ECONOMY
Its economy is supported by agriculture and mining and
the cattle and sheep trade, but it generates great income
from tourism to its large ecological reserves.
It houses a number of 100 mammals and 400 birds where
the best known are: bison, mountain lion, wolverines,
wild cats, brown bears, black bears, elk, serfs and
antelopes.
They have events like the rodeo held over in their capital.
For tourist purposes, but also as a tradition. That they
acquired it from the Mexicans and charros.

Wyoming Cuisine Specialties


Just as Wyoming is known for its iconic Devils Tower, the
state is also famous in the United States for its delicious
specialties, emblematic dishes that make up its culinary
constellation. Although each town has its own star dishes,
there are some famous ones throughout the destination,
such as:

rack of lamb
Being one of the main producers of lamb in the United
States, it is not surprising that this is one of its classic
dishes and the specialty of many restaurants.
Preparations vary depending on where it is prepared, but
it is always a great option to enjoy the most authentic
taste of Wyoming.

Trucha
With more than 4,000 lakes and reserves, Wyoming is an
ideal destination for fishing and, of course, enjoying
delicious cutthroat trout, the state's official fish. One of its
most popular preparations is in a butter, lemon and herb
sauce. Baked, fried or roasted, it is a true delicious plate.
chili
A true classic of Wyoming cuisine, chili can be made with
a variety of meats, including elk, bison, beef, chicken,
turkey, or pork. The White Chili is especially popular,
which is prepared with a base of cream, pepper, beans or
chickpeas and sometimes some chili.
Rocky Mountain Oysters
Another of Wyoming's great culinary specialties are Rocky
Mountain Oysters, also known as "Cowboy Oysters."
Contrary to what their name suggests, they are not
oysters, but fried bull criadillas, served with lemon and
hot sauce.
Bison burgers
The Cowboy State is home to large numbers of bison, so
naturally their meat is highly prized. One of its most
traditional preparations is a hamburger. It has a different
texture from beef and is usually served with barbecue
sauce rather than ketchup.Chili
