SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

I, Rizza Mae C Baculi, of legal age, Filipino citizen and a resident of Jurisdiccion,
Alcala, Cagayan, do hereby name, constitute and appoint Charmagne C Lampitoc, of legal age,
Filipino citizen and also a resident of Jurisdiccion, Alcala, Cagayan, to be my true and lawful
attorney-in-fact, for me and in my name, place and stead, to do and perform the following things
and acts, to wit:

1. To claim/receive my capital contribution from PSSLAI through RCBC as their

partner bank.
2. To make, sign and execute, for and in my behalf, any documents which may be
necessary for the processing and claiming of my capital contribution from PSSLAI;
3. To appear in my name and in my stead before any agencies;
4. To do or undertake any other action which may in her absolute discretion necessary
or conducive for the processing and release of my Capital Contribution from PSSLAI;

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto my said attorney-in-fact full power and
authority to do and perform all and every act requisite or necessary to carry into effect the
foregoing authority, as fully to all intents and purposes as I might or could lawfully do if
personally present.
