I am a priest of the Augustinians of the Assumption, a male international congregation

founded in France in 1845 and active in 35 countries. We came to the Philippines in
2006. We are presently 25 religious from different countries living in Quezon City,
Greenhills-San Juan City, and soon in Digos City.

One of our apostolates is the Assumption Language College, a school in Varsity Hills
committed to teaching English, French and Filipino among the religious preparing for
further studies like philosophy, theology, and other university courses.

With the growing number of our students, it has already become a necessity for us to
look for accommodation near our school. Our goal is not only to provide our students a
place to live but to maintain an ambiance of religious community where they can pray
and celebrate mass together.

Thus, our congregation would like to rent your property at No. 3, M.V. Del Rosario,
Varsity Hills, Loyola Heights, Quezon City.

I believe your property is the best place to accommodate our foreign students in the
college. Is it possible to rent your property for the above-mentioned purposes?

I am willing to discuss with you the terms of lease at your convenient time should you
consider us renting your property.
